Stampede
An audience participation race driven by pure energy - the room runs on the spot and the pack moves.
Run on the spot. The pack moves.
The room drives a group of runners forward, and the harder the floor shakes the further they get. Where Updraft measures a held position, Stampede measures pure energy — frame-to-frame change, no reference frame, no calibration of reach. If the room is moving, it goes.
Why the mechanic suits a crowd
There is no wrong input. A crowd that has not worked out the rules yet still generates movement, so the thing on screen responds from the first second — which removes the awkward pause that kills most audience activities before they start.
What it asks of the room
Energy rather than precision, and it can be run standing or seated. Good for sport, festivals and half-time. Less good for a boardroom.

Huddle
A crowd game where the audience votes with its feet - people physically cluster and the room reads its own shape.
ConceptRipple
The oldest crowd mechanic there is, measured properly - start a wave and keep it travelling round the room.
In developmentSway
An audience game about restraint - the room leans as one to keep a tower upright as it grows.
