You can’t buy a licence yet. Self-serve checkout opens ahead of the 2026 Australian summer season (events land from late November). This page sets out the structure so there are no surprises when it does — the shape is settled, the numbers are not published.

How it will be priced
Per machine, never per head. A room of fifty and a room of five thousand will cost the same, because the work is the same. And per licence, not per event — we are not going to charge you again because your conference has a second day.
Prices will be shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Bitstream Media is GST registered, so a tax invoice is issued for every purchase.

Questions we get asked
When can I actually buy it?
Ahead of the 2026 Australian summer season — our events start landing from late November. We would rather open checkout late than open it before the software is reliable in a room we have not tested.
Will audience size change the price?
No. One camera reads fifty people or five thousand with the same effort, so charging by the head would just be charging because we can.
Can I try it before an event?
Yes, and you should — a crowd game that nobody has rehearsed is a risk you do not need. Get in touch and we will sort something out.
What if it does not work in my room?
Then it does not work in your room, and we would rather find that out at a rehearsal than at a keynote. Camera height and lighting are the usual culprits — how it works covers both, honestly, including where the limits are.
