Licences are priced per machine, never per head. A room of fifty and a room of five thousand cost the same, because the work is the same.

Pricing is being finalised ahead of the summer event season. The structure below is settled; the numbers are not published yet. Get in touch and we will sort you out in the meantime — including for events happening before the store opens.

Questions we get asked

Is it per event?

No. A licence covers unlimited events. We are not going to charge you again because your conference has a second day.

Does audience size change the price?

No. One camera reads fifty people or five thousand with the same effort, so charging by the head would just be charging because we can.

Can I try it before an event?

Yes, and you should. A crowd game that nobody has rehearsed is a risk you do not need. Ask us and we will get you set up for a test.

What if it does not work in my room?

Then it does not work in your room, and we would rather find that out at a rehearsal than at a keynote. Camera height and lighting are the usual culprits — how it works covers both, honestly, including where the limits are.
