Sway

An audience game about restraint - the room leans as one to keep a tower upright as it grows.

Lean as one, or watch it go over.

A tower builds on screen, and it stays up only while the room agrees which way to lean. It gets taller. The margin gets narrower. Eventually a few hundred people are trying to hold still together, which is much harder and much funnier than it sounds.

Why the mechanic suits a crowd

Most crowd games reward energy. This one rewards restraint, which makes it a genuinely different feeling in a run of show — quiet, tense, and it produces a room that is concentrating rather than shouting.

What it asks of you

Posture mode and a proper calibration, same as Updraft. Camera height matters for the same reason.
