This page describes what this website does with data. It is written to match what the site actually does today, and it will be updated when that changes.

What this website collects

This site has no forms, no accounts, no comments and no tracking or advertising cookies. If you read these pages, nothing about you is stored by us.

The site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on servers operated by Bitstream Media. Both keep standard access logs — including IP address, browser user-agent, and the pages requested — for security and diagnostics. That is ordinary web-server logging, not analytics profiling.

If you email us

If you contact [email protected], we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and remember the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list off the back of an enquiry, and we do not sell or share it.

What the software does — and does not do

This matters more than the website, so we want to be direct about it.

CoMotionPlay reads a camera pointed at an audience in order to measure collective movement. It does not identify individuals. There is no facial recognition, no biometric matching, and no attempt to work out who anyone is. What the software derives from the image is aggregate — how much of the frame is changing, or how the overall shape of the room compares to an empty-room reference.

The software runs locally on the operator’s own machine. Video is processed on that machine in real time and is not uploaded to us or to anyone else.

If you are running an event, note that filming your audience may carry its own obligations — signage, notice on tickets, venue policy — and those are yours to meet. We are describing what our software does, not giving you legal advice about your event.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot management.

Changes

When the site gains a checkout or an account area, this page will be updated before that goes live, not after.
